Refund and Returns Policy
We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. Below is our return and refund policy to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction:
1. Undelivered or Return to Origin (RTO) Orders
- If the courier is unable to deliver your order and it is marked as undelivered or returned to origin (RTO), the order will be returned to our warehouse.
- Returned orders will be stored in our facility for 100 days from the date of return. You can request re-shipment to an alternative address or your original address within that time. After 100 days, the order will be removed from our system and no longer available for re-shipment.
2. Returns for Damaged or Defective Products
- In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted product, you can file a request for replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery.
- To process your request, we require:
- A clear unboxing video of the product.
- Photos of the damaged product and its original packaging.
- Please note that claims submitted after 7 days from delivery will not be eligible for free replacement or refund.
3. Exchanges and Returns for Non-Defective Products
- If you wish to exchange or return a product for reasons such as incorrect size selection or personal preference, these exchanges or returns will be at your expense. In such cases, a new order must be placed.
4. Lost Items in Transit
- If your order is lost during transit, we will issue a full refund once the shipping status confirms that the item has been lost.
5. No Unboxing Video, No Refund
- For any claims related to damaged or defective products, we require an unboxing video as evidence. Without this, we will not be able to process refunds or replacements.
6. Color Variations in Printing
- Please note that slight color variations may occur due to the nature of our printing process, which uses CMYK inks. The actual product colors may differ slightly from what you see on your screen.
- If exact color matching is critical, we recommend ordering a test swatch before placing your final order.
7. Size Discrepancies
- If there is a discrepancy in the size of the product, please submit images of the product along with size measurements for review. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution.
8. Package Opening Instructions
- When opening your package, please take care not to damage the product with sharp objects such as scissors. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for products damaged during the unboxing process unless an unboxing video is provided.
9. Damaged Package Upon Delivery
- If you notice any damage to the package when receiving it, please mention the damage in the delivery receipt or sign-off with a remark regarding the condition. This will assist us in processing a refund or replacement.
