Delivery times will vary based on the shipping destination and method chosen. Typically, deliveries are made within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch. However, remote locations or areas marked as “Out of Delivery Area” (ODA) may experience extended delivery times.

In some cases, if the shipping status is marked as ODA (Out of Delivery Area), your package will be held at the nearest delivery hub, and you will receive an SMS with instructions to collect the package yourself. The package will be held for 24 hours, after which it may be returned to us if it is not collected.

We ship through several reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, FedEx, eKart, Xpressbees, ECom Express, and India Speed Post. In rare cases where your location is not serviceable by our primary couriers, the order will be shipped via India Speed Post for prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) services are not available in these cases.
